I spotted a Quattroporte this morning

It was being driven by a (presumably) international student, wearing a pink BMX helmet. He was hanging his arm out the window (it's 32 degrees), blasting Katy Perry, and using hand signals in addition to the blinker as he turned into the grocery store parking lot.

Stuff like this make me think. Like, what the heck is up with this guy's life? What's his story?
